Product Introduction
YX-T502 is a high-temperature, anti-corrosion, thermosetting coating formulated with aluminum silver paste, aluminum oxide powder, etc. The coating can withstand temperatures above 600℃, remains unchanged in color at high temperatures, is dense, waterproof, and aging-resistant. It is suitable for high-temperature anti-corrosion applications in electronic components, metallurgical high-temperature parts, boilers, reflective insulation coatings, engine exhaust pipes, etc.

Special Note: YX-T502 is a single-component thermosetting product. Products exposed to air should be used up within 12 hours. During prolonged construction, the construction tools should be cleaned to prevent solidification. It is recommended to complete the coating in one spray, and the dry film thickness should not exceed 100 μm, otherwise the coating performance will decrease. High temperature can improve the coating hardness and reduce color difference at the same film thickness.

| Surface Roughening |
Before coating, the surface of the substrate should be polished or sandblasted to remove rust, dust, dirt, etc. adhering to the substrate surface. The optimum is Sa2.5, and the minimum is St3 grade without scale (GB/T 30790.4-2014). |

| Surface Cleaning |
Remove residual oil, dust, etc. on the roughened surface using a special cleaning agent or degreaser. |

| Coating Application |
Laboratory spray coating method: 1.0 caliber spray gun, better appearance and uniformity. After curing, the coating has a certain hydrophobic and oleophobic property, but it does not affect repeated coating. The total film thickness should be less than 70 microns. |

| Curing |
Refer to the air spray coating data. During the curing process, the solvent volatilizes and produces a small amount of ammonia gas. Testing on Q235B steel plate shows that curing can be achieved by heat preservation at 230℃ for 1 hour. For complex substrates, the temperature can be increased or the time can be extended. |
High-temperature testing should use temperature-resistant substrates. |
Product Storage
1. Must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, away from heat sources and fire sources. The packaging container must be kept sealed and carefully placed.
2. This product contains physically adsorbed or chemically bonded ammonia; therefore, sufficient preventive measures should be taken during handling and material processing. This product is water-sensitive and can react with oxidants, alcohols, acids, and alkalis. Maintain appropriate spacing during storage.
3. The storage temperature should be between 5℃ and 30℃, and the shelf life is 12 months.
4. Unopened and unused coating must be sealed with the lid closed. If necessary, purge with nitrogen before sealing.
5. Unused, prepared coating cannot be recycled and should be disposed of according to local regulations.
6. Products that have exceeded the shelf life can only be used after passing the inspection.
