Product Introduction
YX-T606 is a room-temperature curing insulating and anticorrosive silicone-based coating. Below 200℃, the insulation test of 120μm contact points shows AC voltage greater than 5KV and DC voltage greater than 11KV. It is dense, waterproof, and aging-resistant, suitable for anti-corrosion applications in insulating facilities, batteries, electric furnaces, substations, converter stations, high-temperature sensor components, and outdoor electrical equipment.

Special Note: YX-T606 is a single-component, room-temperature curing product. Products exposed to air should be used up within 6 hours. During prolonged construction, cleaning of construction tools should be done to prevent solidification of the tools. It is recommended to complete the coating in one application with a dry film thickness not exceeding 105μm, otherwise, coating performance will decrease. Increasing film thickness can improve insulation, but it will make the coating more likely to crack and bubble at the same temperature resistance.

Before coating, grind or sandblast the substrate surface to remove rust, dust, dirt, etc. adhering to the substrate surface. Optimal Sa2.5, minimum St3 grade without scale (GB/T 30790.4-2014). |

| Curing |
Refer to air spray coating data. The curing process is accompanied by solvent volatilization and the generation of a small amount of ammonia gas. Testing on Q235B plate material shows that curing can be achieved by heat preservation at 230℃ for 1 hour. For complex substrates, the temperature can be increased or the time extended. |
High-temperature testing should use temperature-resistant substrates. |
Product Storage
1. Must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, away from heat sources and fire sources. The packaging container must be kept sealed and carefully placed.
2. This product contains physically adsorbed or chemically bonded ammonia; therefore, sufficient preventive measures should be taken during handling and material processing. This product is water-sensitive and can react with oxidants, alcohols, acids, and alkalis. Maintain appropriate spacing during storage.
3. The storage temperature should be between 5℃ and 30℃, and the shelf life is 12 months.
4. Unopened and unused coating must be sealed with the lid closed. If necessary, purge with nitrogen before sealing.
5. Unused mixed coating cannot be recycled and should be disposed of according to local regulations.
6. Products that have exceeded the shelf life can only be used after passing inspection.
