Product Introduction
YX-T705 is a room-temperature curing flexible anticorrosion silicone-based coating. It is touch dry in 4 hours at room temperature. A humid environment helps accelerate curing. It withstands over 1000 hours of 70-micron neutral salt spray; it can withstand temperatures above 400℃ without discoloration, and is flame-resistant, waterproof, and aging-resistant. It is suitable for the anticorrosion and repair of pipeline exteriors, chemical facilities, and coastal facilities.

YX-T705 is a single-component, room-temperature curing product. Products exposed to air should be used up within 12 hours. During prolonged construction, the construction tools should be cleaned to prevent solidification. It is recommended to complete the spraying or brushing in one coat, with a single dry film thickness not exceeding 120 microns, otherwise the coating is prone to sagging. High temperature can improve the coating hardness and reduce color difference under the same film thickness.

Before coating, the substrate surface should be polished or sandblasted to remove rust, dust, dirt, etc. adhering to the substrate surface. Optimally Sa2.5, minimally St3 grade without scale (GB/T 30790.4-2014). |

Laboratory spray coating method: A 1.0 caliber spray gun provides better appearance and uniformity. After curing, the coating has certain hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, but this does not affect recoating. |

| Curing |
Refer to air spray coating data. The curing process involves solvent volatilization and the generation of a small amount of ammonia. Tests on Q235B steel plates show that curing can be achieved by heat preservation at 230℃ for 1 hour. For complex substrates, the temperature can be increased or the time extended. |
High-temperature testing should use temperature-resistant substrates. |
Product Storage
1. Storage must comply with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, away from heat sources and fire sources. The packaging containers must remain sealed and carefully placed.
2. This product contains ammonia that is physically adsorbed or chemically bonded. Therefore, sufficient precautions should be taken when handling the material and related processes. This product is water-sensitive and can react with oxidants, alcohols, acids, and alkalis. Maintain an appropriate distance during storage.
3. The storage temperature should be between 5℃ and 30℃. The shelf life is 12 months.
4. Unopened and unused coatings must be resealed after use. If necessary, purge with nitrogen before sealing.
5. Unused mixed coating cannot be recycled and should be disposed of according to local regulations.
6. Products that have exceeded their shelf life can only be used after passing inspection.
